# Trending & Most Viewed

BogCharts provides a platform for Token Teams to promote their token in organic and paid ways, this page forms a short guide on how to get your token trending organically and paid on BogCharts.

### **Most Viewed Tokens**

**How it works**

Everytime a legitimate user views your token, your counter goes up. Users can visit the token as often as they like, provided they are not intentionally visiting the token page to drive up the score — but each time they visit their vote will be a bit less powerful (until the next day). Additionally, We have some sophisticated rules and filters to filter out votes from users who try to abuse the system. (Autorefreshers/Paid Farms no longer work)

**How to Boost Your Views**

Boosting your the amount of views you get on your token chart is simple, here's a few easy tips to help you get started.

* Adding the BOG Price Bot to your Telegram Channel is a great way to drive up views.
* Linking to your chart from your website can also boost views.
* Adding Visiting the BogChart to the "daily tasks" to help boost a coin, can help too!

### **Trending Tokens**

Trending works differently. Everytime a user visits BogCharts they automatically send us a list of the tokens they have in their favourites, this is then used to calculate which tokens are trending - but each time they visit their vote will be a bit less powerful (until the next day). Additionally, We have some sophisticated rules and filters to filter out votes from users who try to abuse the system.

The best way to get on trending is to encourage your users to STAR your token on BogCharts. It's actually quite easy, if all your members do it, you'll get on trending quite fast!

### **Warning**

We filter out botted inorganic traffic through a variety of methods, projects which repeatedly attempt to falsify traffic in order to boost their ranking risk being banned from the Trending/Most Viewed sections of the site.

It's OK to ask your users to visit the site, and even incentivise them to visit. But paying click farms, or bots to visit the site is not acceptable as it can negatively impact platform performance.

### Promoted Tokens

It's simple, you can pay for promotion on our platform.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.bogged.finance/bogged-finance/token-teams/promotion/trending-and-most-viewed.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
